Beth will be hosting Workout Wednesdays during our LME Biggest Loser program. Participants will start with some basic warmup stretches then workout to one of the library's fitness DVDs. Each week will be a different DVD so you can "try a new workout" for free and hopefully find something you like and that works for you.
Must be 18+ to participate.
Weights, yoga mats, or other fitness equipment not required, just dress comfortably. As a bonus, LME Biggest Loser players will receive a 1 lb advantage at their next weigh-in for participating in this event (maximum weekly advantage is 2 lb, advantages not used will be forfeited and do not roll over week-to-week).
